Made with 100% regular green chilies, Sambal Hijau, also known as 'Sambal Cabe Ijo' in Indonesia, is traditionally enjoyed with Nasi Padang and Nasi Campur. It can be dolloped on fried chicken, fried or steamed fish, boiled eggs, and spread on fragrant white rice or vegetables.
