As a zero-waste advocate, we ship all orders in 100% recyclable paper bags or reusable glass jars. We use compostable tape and recycled cardboard fillers to ensure your delivery is completely plastic-free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the country to ensure the carbon footprint of our deliveries remains low and to guarantee the quality of our perishable organic goods during transit.
How do I handle returns for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have left our warehouse. However, if there is an issue with the quality or an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
