A right royal treat! Originating in Egypt, this special blend is a perfect combination of spices, herbs, nuts and seeds. It can be used to impart an authentic Egyptian or Turkish element to your cooking repertoire.

We use cashews and hazelnuts that have been freshly dry roasted on-site, then mixed with sesame seeds, parsley, coriander, cumin, black pepper, red bell pepper, seedless hot chillies, sumac and salt.
