Product Description
Yerba Mate is a tea traditionally enjoyed in South American countries. Its leaves contain saponins which stimulate the immune system and aid the body in protecting against disease. Yerba mate does contain some caffeine. It has less caffeine than a coffee but more than a cup of black tea. It is also said to improve performance and mental focus.
To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.
Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
