The Grey salt from Guérande with summer Truffle is the perfect condiment for a little touch of truffle flavour. The Grey salt is an iconic coarse sea salt, still hand-harvested using traditional methods in the well known salines of Guérande (France, Atlantic Loire). It is kept grey to preserve its unique organoleptic properties, its richness in magnesium and trace elements. 

Also suitable for those who do not know truffle. The product is very easy to use.

We suggest the use a half teaspoon of salt per person directly on the grilled.
